The Riverland Manors Association was formed to help foster a safe, prosperous, friendly neighborhood, dedicated to mutual well-being in a beautiful part of a newly annexed section of Fort Lauderdale, Florida just off the South fork of New River.
The purpose of Riverland Manors Association is to act as a civic forum for the concerns of its members and to serve as an advocate for their desires, including, but not limited to, protection of property values, safety, and respect. Our goals include being recognized as an environmentally sensitive neighborhood, by, in-part, preserving and considering our old-growth tree canopy and keeping the waterways clean.
Our mission is to build a residential neighborhood that covets its community's parks and recreational facilities; pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets; houses of worship; and public and private schools.
